Panel Truck Got Painted

Our white panel truck makes the rounds in the the Elk Grove area, picking up donations and dropping them off at our warehouse facility on Dino Drive. The truck was a plain old white panel truck, nothing special. Nothing special until we received a visit from Glen Guenard. The local lawyer arrived at our Dino Drive facility for a tour, and asked our Executive Director, Marie Jachino, what he could do to help.

Marie explained our newest endeavor, EGFBS Awareness Campaign. People in the Elk Grove area that need help and don't know where to go. Many people in the area do not know about Elk Grove Food Bank Services and the services we provide.

The new signage for the Food Bank truck was donated by Elk Grove lawyer, Glenn Guenard. It is our hope that through the "branding" of our delivery truck and other efforts in the works; more people in need will investigate the services available through EGFBS.

Our drivers are happy and proud to be running their routes in a truck that has a "new" added visibility. I'm sure that the drivers will be waving a friendly "Thank you!" when they drive past the offices of Glenn Guenard on Elk Grove Boulevard.
